Lo sviluppo prende spunto dalla vasta disponibilità di opere di grandi artisti, che vengono venduti e prestati ad un Land Developer per la realizzazione di un edificio con all’interno un museo.

L’idea di progetto vule richiamare formalmente e concettualmente un elemento tipico dello spazio desertico, costituito da edifici al contorno che racchiudono e proteggono lo spazio verde all’interno. Il grattacielo invece come element di richiamo del complesso edilizio

Il progetto prevede prevede quindi la realizzazione di un museo sotterraneo, destinato a mostrare le opere, mentre ai piani piu profondi il parcehggio delle autovetture.

Al piano terreno una piazza ospita spazi verdi, delle fontane con dei giochi d’acqua, le entrate ai negozi e agli spazi museali.

Infine un grattacielo che ospita gli uffici ai piani bassi, mentre in alto le residenze
